About Us
"Opportunity In Living" (OIL) is a HUD approved non-profit organization that acquires HUD properties throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding locations. We rehabilitate these properties and sell affordably priced homes to low to moderate income home buyers.
"Opportunity in Living" frequently has homes available in Denver and the surrounding cities such as Centennial, Aurora, Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Thornton, & Green Valley.
